Biography
I have been passionate about helping others through the power of massage
since I began my career as a therapist many years ago.

I specialize in chair massage which provides many benefits such as reduced stress, improved circulation, and increased flexibility.
No matter what type of session I am providing, my goal
is always to make sure that my clients leave feeling better than when they arrived.
To ensure that this happens, I use a blend of different modalities such
as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy during my sessions.
I also offer aromatherapy services to help deepen the relaxation experience.
My mission is to empower people to live their best life by providing safe and effective treatments that address their individual needs.
Chair massage is just one of the many ways that I strive to provide service
and care to others.

Pregnancy has always been a source of fascination for me.
I love reading about it, talking to experts,
and staying up to date on the latest information. As someone who loves to learn, I'm especially passionate about understanding
the complexities of pregnancy and childbirth.
From the physical and emotional changes during pregnancy to the birth of the baby,
I'm in awe of the incredible journey of motherhood.



My practice of yoga and meditation is deeply rooted in the teachings of Paramahansa Yoganada.
I'm dedicated to deepening my understanding of his teachings and embody them in my daily life.
I'm also passionate about sharing these teachings with others.
